These treatments differ from our other facials as there are no hand or facial massage with them as we are stimulating and activating enough. You will still be laying on the Healthy Line mat to receive the healing benefits and we still create a calming soothing environment while you get these treatments.

DMK Fundamentals Treatments

Every DMK Treatment begins with a unique Enzyme Therapy. There are many enzyme and coenzyme (vitamin) activities in the skin that control its normal functions. For example, the enzyme collagenase helps to regulate the synthesis of collagen fibers. If collagenase is destroyed by an invasion of aggressive treatment–such as the acne drug Accutane, collagen fibers rush rapidly to any site of trauma to the skin such as laser resurfacing or acid peels. The result may be a keloid or hypertrophic scar, which is one of the reasons the conventional phenol acid or trichloroacetic acid peels left the patient’s skin looking plastic or waxy. The NORMAL proliferation of collagen fibers was accelerated and rushed to the surface to participate in the repair and remodeling of the skin too quickly.

Because they do not operate on a pH factor like acids, many enzymes can be applied topically to the skin that will only remove the build-up of dead skin cells often misdiagnosed as “dry skin.” Such behavior not only relieves wrinkles but can release gases, impurities, and other odors from the skin as well. This type of treatment can result in fundamentally younger and tighter skin. It is not a case of “how many enzymes are used in the formulation” to accomplish this, but the stimulation of enzyme activity in the skin itself.

If the correct formulations of enzymes are applied to the skin, hydrolysis of the dead cells and the impurities burdening the living cells begins in about twenty minutes.

Level 1 DMK

This 90 minute treatment includes one exfoliation and one enzyme to maintain homeostasis of the skin. For true skin revision with DMK it is best to commit to a series of at least 3 spaced 7-10 days apart. Maintenance treatments can then be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart.

Level 2 DMK

This 2 hour treatment will include any additional exfoliation methods, extractions, or multiple enzymes as needed. For true skin revision with DMK it is best to commit to a series of at least 3 spaced 7-10 days apart. Maintenance treatments can then be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart.

Procell Microchanneling with Human Growth Factors and LED

The gold standard for microchanneling that has proven evidence it gets as good as if not better results than Fractional Laser Treatments for acne scars and Greater collagen Deposition than Intense Pulse Light (IPL).
